昨今、暗号資産を送金する際に、一部の暗号資産の送金の際に必要なメモやタグのつけ忘れや入力ミスが多数発生しています。
送金が完了してしまうと当社ではキャンセルや救済等の対応ができない可能性がありますので、暗号資産を送付する際は、送金先の仕様や必要な入力事項を十分な確認を行った上で送金してください。送金完了前であればキャンセルが可能ですので、入力を誤ってしまった場合にはキャンセルをしていただくようお願いいたします。

現在、一部の海外取引所へIOSTを送金する際に「メモのつけ忘れ」または「メモの入力ミス」が多数発生しています。該当の海外取引所では誤送金の救済措置を行っておりますが、救済された暗号資産が一定量ずつまとめて当社のアドレスに送付されており、どのお客様が送付したものか区別がつかない状況です。
そのため、海外取引所側に送付方法を変更やこれまでまとめて送付した分のデータ提供の連絡を、さまざまな方法にて複数回に渡り試みておりますが、返答が得られておりません。
引き続き、海外企業へのコンタクトを試みつつ、当社内でもお客様へお返しするための方法を模索しておりますので、詳細は改めてお知らせいたします。
